Responsibilities
- Monitor server performance and ensure 99.9% uptime for critical systems.
- Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues.
- Implement and enforce strict network security protocols.
- Perform scheduled system backups, patch management, and updates.
- Provide advanced technical support to remote night operations teams.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate incident logs.
- Collaborate with day shift teams to resolve escalated issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and handle pressure during peak night hours.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or CCNA are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be willing to work night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
