Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance to customers via phone, email, and live chat during the night shift.
- Monitor and manage incoming support tickets with a focus on resolution speed and accuracy.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in our CRM system to ensure comprehensive knowledge bases.
- Collaborate with day-shift team leads to ensure seamless communication and handover of critical issues.
- Identify recurring customer issues and provide feedback to product development teams to improve our offerings.
- Ensure 100% adherence to company service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while managing high volumes of inquiries.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree or technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles (1+ years preferred).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in using CRM software and ticketing systems.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills for hardware and software issues.
