Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone during the designated night shift hours.
- Resolve complex technical issues and customer complaints with patience, empathy, and efficiency.
- Log all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately in our CRM database.
- Collaborate with day shift support teams to ensure seamless service continuity.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
- Maintain a professional and positive demeanor while managing high-stress situations.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Must reside in the Atlanta, GA area (Remote work permitted).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
