Responsibilities
- Manage and resolve incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Document all interactions and account updates accurately in our CRM system.
- Identify complex issues and escalate them to the appropriate senior team members when necessary.

Qualifications

- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
