Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and customer service via phone, email, and chat during the night shift.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues for B2B clients with a focus on first-call resolution.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate unresolved issues to senior engineering teams and provide status updates.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure seamless workflow continuity.
- Participate in nightly shift handovers and training sessions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, helpdesk, or technical support roles.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Excellent command of the English language (verbal and written).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and proficiency with Windows/Mac OS and web browsers.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
