Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Resolve complex technical issues and troubleshoot problems to ensure client satisfaction.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system in compliance with company standards.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and address recurring issues.
- Adhere to all call scripts and quality assurance guidelines during the night shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 35+ WPM.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory for our hiring event.
