In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to clients across the United States. We are looking for dedicated individuals who are available for the Night Shift (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM) schedule.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat during designated night shifts.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Log all customer interactions and issue resolutions accurately into the CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate them to the appropriate department.
- Adhere to company policies and quality assurance standards at all times.
Qualifications
- High-speed internet connection and a reliable computer (Windows or Mac).
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated during night hours.
- Proficiency in using web-based software and navigating multiple windows.
- Must be located within the Portland, OR area or willing to work remotely from there.
