Responsibilities
- Respond to high-volume inbound inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with speed and accuracy.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical software and hardware issues for end-users.
- Document all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate Level 2 or Engineering teams.
- Collaborate with day-shift management to ensure seamless team handovers.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our products to provide accurate product recommendations and solutions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support, help desk, or technical support roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Reliable transportation is required.
