Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls and emails during designated night shift hours.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and account status with accuracy and empathy.
- Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of service.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to upper management or technical support.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and adherence to company scripts and guidelines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center environments is preferred.
- Must be available to work nights (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
