Responsibilities
- Resolve complex technical issues and customer inquiries via phone and email during night hours.
- Log and track all support tickets in the CRM system with high accuracy and detail.
- Collaborate with day-shift teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and proper handovers.
- Provide step-by-step technical guidance and troubleshooting solutions to end-users.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and professional demeanor at all times.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and technical documentation to ensure accurate support.
- Identify and escalate process improvements to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or technical certification preferred.
- Previous experience in customer support, technical support, or help desk roles (1+ years preferred).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on empathy and clarity.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, Zendesk, etc.).
- Must be available to work the full night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
