- Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our database.
- Identify trends in customer feedback and suggest process improvements to management.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while managing high call volumes.
Qualifications

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strict adherence to schedules.
