Responsibilities
- Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with a focus on accuracy and empathy.
- Log and track all customer interactions and issues in our CRM system.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate Tier 2 support team.
- Provide product training and guidance to new customers.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and knowledge of company policies during all shifts.
- Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction scores.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or support is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shifts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree is a plus.
- Willingness to work rotating night schedules, including weekends.
- Self-starter with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
