Responsibilities
- Directly supervise 15+ night shift personnel across warehouse and distribution teams
- Optimize inventory management and order fulfillment processes during overnight operations
- Implement and maintain safety protocols to achieve zero-accident performance
- Coordinate cross-functional handoffs with day shift operations
- Generate performance analytics and improvement reports for leadership review
- Manage equipment maintenance schedules and vendor relationships
- Develop and execute contingency plans for operational disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in warehouse/night shift leadership
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management credentials
- Advanced proficiency in WMS and inventory control systems
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid DC driver's license and clean driving record
