Responsibilities
- Architect Autonomous Systems: Design and implement complex, multi-agent AI workflows capable of self-correction and long-horizon planning.
- Model Optimization: Optimize large language models (LLMs) and diffusion models for edge deployment and real-time inference.
- Infrastructure Scaling: Build MLOps pipelines that support high-throughput training and serving of proprietary models.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish and enforce best practices for bias mitigation, safety, and transparency in AI decision-making.
- R&D Leadership: Stay ahead of the curve on emerging paradigms (e.g., Neuro-symbolic AI, Quantum ML) and integrate relevant advancements.
- Technical Mentorship: Lead a team of talented engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in building production-grade AI systems; experience with Agentic AI or LLMs is highly preferred.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and high-availability systems.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Innovation: A proven track record of patenting research or publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.).
