Responsibilities
- Assemble, test, and inspect manufactured products according to blueprints and specifications.
- Operate and maintain industrial machinery and production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure all products meet company standards.
- Document production data accurately, including hours worked and units produced.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with ISO standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; technical certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
