Responsibilities
- Operate standard manufacturing machinery and equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform routine quality control inspections to ensure product specifications are met.
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA regulations strictly at all times.
- Assist in the packaging, labeling, and shipping of finished goods.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area (5S standards).
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and quotas.
- Adhere to all company policies and attendance requirements.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Must be willing to apply for and obtain the EB-3 Unskilled Worker visa sponsorship.
- High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED) certificate.
- Ability to read and understand basic English instructions.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level roles.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety.
