Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Analyze emerging technologies, geopolitical shifts, and socio-cultural trends
- Translate foresight insights into actionable business strategies and innovation pipelines
- Establish and maintain a global network of futurists and industry thought leaders
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board members
- Mentor cross-functional teams on future-thinking methodologies
- Author thought leadership publications and trend reports
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused leadership
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and systems thinking
- Strong quantitative and qualitative research methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Experience with AI/ML, biotech, or climate tech trend analysis
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFM, CFP) preferred
