Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology and societal trend forecasts using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Design strategic roadmaps for enterprise clients integrating AI, quantum computing, and sustainable tech
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align leadership teams on future readiness initiatives
- Produce high-impact trend briefings and risk assessments for executive stakeholders
- Establish FutureWorks' thought leadership through whitepapers, keynotes, and industry panels
- Mentor junior futurists and build proprietary forecasting methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused technology roles
- Proven expertise in scenario planning and exponential technology assessment
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML, biotech, climate tech, and neurotech trajectories
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive-level presentation experience
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFMP preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year strategic predictions
