Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and interoperability across all decentralized networks.
- System Design: Design and implement high-performance distributed systems using microservices and event-driven architectures.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Integration: Oversee the integration of advanced AI/ML models with legacy infrastructure to create seamless hybrid environments.
- Security & Compliance: Implement enterprise-grade security protocols to protect sensitive data in the decentralized ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Rust, Go, or Python; experience with blockchain, smart contracts, or decentralized storage.
- Education: BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- Web 5.0 Knowledge: Strong understanding of decentralized identity (DID), zero-knowledge proofs, and federated learning.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to solve complex technical problems and make high-stakes architectural decisions.
