Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Define and execute the high-level technical strategy for Initiative 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- System Design: Lead the end-to-end design of complex distributed systems, microservices, and AI pipelines.
- Roadmap Oversight: Translate business goals into technical roadmaps, breaking down ambitious 2026 targets into actionable milestones.
- Team Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation, code quality, and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and researchers to align technical capabilities with strategic objectives.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a lead or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust; deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud architectures (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
