Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the core neural architecture for our proprietary AGI models, ensuring scalability and robustness for 2026 and beyond.
- Oversee the integration of quantum computing protocols into standard software development lifecycles.
- Lead a cross-functional team of ML engineers, data scientists, and quantum physicists.
- Establish best practices for ethical AI, ensuring transparency and safety in algorithmic decision-making.
- Define the technical roadmap and vision for future product iterations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex technical concepts into business value.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Machine Learning.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, C++, and Rust, with experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of large language models (LLMs), transformers, and generative adversarial networks.
- Familiarity with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq) is a significant plus.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to mentor junior developers.
