Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable neural network infrastructures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Integrate quantum computing protocols and error-correction algorithms into existing cloud ecosystems.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D for next-gen generative AI applications and autonomous agents.
- Define technical roadmaps for long-term strategic initiatives aligned with 2026 industry benchmarks.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of radical innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep proficiency in Python, Rust, and CUDA.
- Experience with quantum hardware interfaces (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
