Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technical Roadmap: Collaborate with C-suite leadership to outline the architectural vision and technical milestones for the 2026 rollout.
- System Design & Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of complex, distributed systems, ensuring high availability and fault tolerance.
- Tech Stack Strategy: Evaluate and select emerging technologies, prioritizing AI-driven tools and cloud-native solutions for the future.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols to protect proprietary data in an evolving threat landscape.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze system performance and drive optimizations to handle growing data loads.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Core Competencies: Deep understanding of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Proficiency: Experience with AI/ML integration and blockchain technologies is highly desirable.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
