Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Collaborate with C-level executives to create a comprehensive technical strategy for the '2026 Horizon' product suite, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Lead the design and implementation of robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation computational loads.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of research scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rapid prototyping.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure buy-in for ambitious technical initiatives.
- Predictive Modeling: Develop and refine predictive models to forecast technological trends and market shifts up to 2026.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Machine Learning algorithms, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Neural Architecture Search.
