Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement advanced hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that optimize computational efficiency for complex AI models.
- R&D Leadership: Lead a team of elite engineers in researching novel applications for quantum entanglement in machine learning.
- System Integration: Oversee the seamless integration of quantum processors into existing cloud infrastructure and AI pipelines.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our quantum computing initiatives, ensuring alignment with long-term business goals.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Establish best practices for quantum coding standards and mentor junior architects on advanced architectures.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex quantum technical concepts into actionable strategies for executive leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Information Science or Advanced AI.
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in Quantum Computing or AI Architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, and Q# or equivalent quantum programming frameworks.
- AI Mastery: Deep understanding of Deep Learning, Neural Networks, and Natural Language Processing (NLP) as applied to quantum environments.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve high-level computational problems with elegant, scalable architectural solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical details to diverse audiences.
