Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI product suite, aligning with business objectives.
- Architect scalable, high-performance machine learning models capable of processing petabyte-scale datasets.
- Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, quantum research) to integrate AI solutions into core systems.
- Evaluate emerging technologies to ensure our stack remains at the forefront of the industry by 2026.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale AI products from concept to production.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), or Neural Architecture Search.
