Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of end-to-end machine learning pipelines and neural network architectures that drive business intelligence.
- R&D Strategy: Lead research initiatives focused on emerging AI paradigms, including Generative AI and Reinforcement Learning, to maintain a competitive edge.
- System Scalability: Ensure AI infrastructure can handle massive data throughput with low latency, optimizing for performance in real-time environments.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities seamlessly into user-facing applications.
- Compliance & Ethics: Establish frameworks for ethical AI usage, ensuring data privacy and algorithmic fairness in all deployments.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and deep learning frameworks.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems using data-driven approaches.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
