The Role:
You will lead the architectural design of our next-generation reasoning engines, ensuring scalability, safety, and ethical alignment for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable Multi-Agent Systems capable of complex, multi-step reasoning.
- Optimize large language models (LLMs) for real-time inference on edge devices.
- Define the technical roadmap for Autonomous AI workflows and integration strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D to pioneer Synthetic Data generation techniques.
- Establish and enforce best practices for AI safety, fairness, and transparency.
- Mentor a high-performing team of ML Engineers and Data Scientists.
- Translate business requirements into robust, production-grade technical solutions.
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent senior experience).
- 8+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong background in Transformers, Attention Mechanisms, and LLM architecture.
- Experience with MLOps pipelines (Kubernetes, MLflow, Docker).
- Proven track record of deploying AI models into high-volume production environments.
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation strategies.
