Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines for high-throughput data processing.
- Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers to deliver breakthrough AI features.
- Optimize model inference for low-latency, real-time applications.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, ensuring reproducibility and model governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; PhD preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior architect role.
- Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Extensive knowledge of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience designing systems that handle petabyte-scale data.
