Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the core machine learning infrastructure for Project 2026, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
- Model Development: Lead the research and development of state-of-the-art deep learning models, focusing on NLP and Computer Vision.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a cross-functional team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor model accuracy, latency, and resource utilization to drive efficiency improvements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
- R&D: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI and integrate new methodologies into the Project 2026 ecosystem.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through the full software development lifecycle.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems with innovative technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to diverse audiences.
- Security: Deep understanding of AI ethics, data privacy, and system security best practices.
