Responsibilities
- Design and architect scalable, high-performance neural network architectures optimized for edge and cloud deployment.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in the research and implementation of next-generation Generative AI models.
- Drive the integration of quantum-resistant algorithms into our existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with product leadership to define the roadmap for our 2026 flagship product suite.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model deployment, monitoring, and explainability.
- Publish high-impact research papers and contribute to open-source communities.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning research.
- Proven expertise in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX) and high-performance computing (CUDA, C++).
- Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
