Responsibilities
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design high-level system architectures for enterprise-level AI and ML solutions, anticipating trends for 2026 and beyond.
- Strategic R&D: Lead research initiatives into emerging technologies, including Generative AI, Neural Interfaces, and Edge Computing.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, technical excellence, and continuous learning.
- Technical Governance: Establish coding standards, review technical designs, and ensure best practices are followed across all projects.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with C-suite executives and product managers to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; PhD in AI/ML is a strong plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing diverse engineering teams and delivering complex, high-stakes projects on time.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on designing scalable, future-ready systems.
