Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and generative AI models.
- Lead a team of data scientists and ML engineers in research, development, and productionization.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Ensure model accuracy, robustness, and fairness across diverse datasets.
- Stay at the forefront of AI research, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies (e.g., LLMs, Transformers, reinforcement learning).
- Define technical standards, coding practices, and MLOps strategies.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, with 7+ years of industry experience.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Models.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams.
