Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering and 5+ years specifically in designing and deploying large-scale machine learning systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- AI Specialization: Proven track record in developing Large Language Models (LLMs), Transformers, or Quantum-Classical hybrid algorithms.
- Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams through complex project lifecycles and agile methodologies.
