Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI Roadmap: Architect and define the technical vision for our flagship 2026 initiative, ensuring scalability, security, and innovation.
- Technical Leadership: Guide a high-performing team of data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum-ready algorithms, Neuro-symbolic AI) into our core infrastructure.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with C-level executives to translate the '2026 Vision' into concrete, executable technical milestones.
- System Architecture: Design robust, fault-tolerant systems that can handle millions of concurrent intelligent agents.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership.
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related technical field.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP).
