Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure for the 2026 Initiative, ensuring high availability and performance under load.
- Model Strategy: Lead the research and selection of cutting-edge deep learning architectures, including Transformers and Diffusion models, tailored for enterprise applications.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision and strategy for the 2026 AI stack, aligning engineering milestones with business objectives.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation and excellence by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical code reviews.
- Performance Optimization: Drive optimization efforts to reduce latency and inference costs in large-scale generative AI deployments.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into actionable development plans.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a lead or architect role specializing in AI/ML.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- System Design: Proven experience designing distributed systems and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- LLM Knowledge: Hands-on experience with fine-tuning LLMs, RAG pipelines, and prompt engineering frameworks.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and deliver innovative solutions.
