Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement scalable, robust AI architectures designed to scale for the 2026 operational environment.
- Neural Optimization: Lead research initiatives to optimize neural network efficiency, reducing latency and increasing throughput in high-load environments.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical roadmap for our AGI trajectory, identifying key milestones and technological hurdles.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with quantum computing teams and hardware engineers to integrate AI models with next-gen processors.
- Code Governance: Establish and enforce high-standard coding practices and architectural guidelines across the engineering department.
- Prototyping: Rapidly prototype and validate novel algorithms for NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with at least 3 years in a lead architectural capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Algorithm Mastery: Proven track record of developing novel algorithms for Large Language Models (LLMs) or multimodal systems.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Demonstrated ability to anticipate and adapt to emerging trends in AI, including generative adversarial networks and transformer architectures.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies for stakeholders.
