Responsibilities
- Architect Safety Frameworks: Design and implement robust, scalable safety protocols for 2026-era generative AI and autonomous agents.
- Risk Mitigation: Conduct rigorous adversarial testing and red-teaming exercises to identify and neutralize vulnerabilities in complex systems.
- Model Interpretability: Develop tools and methodologies to make black-box AI decisions transparent, auditable, and explainable to stakeholders.
- Policy Definition: Collaborate with legal and policy teams to draft industry-leading guidelines for AI governance and safety compliance.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and researchers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ethical awareness.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Philosophy, or a related technical field with a focus on AI ethics.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning engineering, AI safety research, or deep learning architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with a deep understanding of probabilistic modeling and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Research: Demonstrated ability to publish research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL, etc.) or equivalent industry contributions.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
