Responsibilities
- Architect and define the technical roadmap for Agentic AI systems, specifically targeting the capabilities required by 2026.
- Lead the design of multi-agent orchestration frameworks, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced LLMs into complex autonomous workflows.
- Drive the adoption of MLOps best practices to streamline model training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Stay ahead of emerging AI trends, conducting deep-dive research to validate new technical approaches.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and architects within the organization.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a strong focus on Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Proven expertise in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, with deep knowledge of LLMs and Generative AI.
- Experience building and deploying multi-agent systems or autonomous agents.
- Strong understanding of system design, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and data pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
