Responsibilities
- Architect and design the end-to-end 6G network architecture, focusing on AI-native communication paradigms.
- Lead a cross-functional R&D team to prototype and validate next-generation wireless technologies.
- Define technical standards and roadmaps specifically aligned with 2026 commercial deployment goals.
- Collaborate with quantum computing researchers to integrate quantum key distribution into wireless infrastructure.
- Ensure system scalability, energy efficiency, and security across global network nodes.
- Mentor senior engineers and conduct rigorous technical reviews of architectural proposals.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in telecommunications, wireless networking, or systems engineering.
- Deep understanding of 5G/6G standards (3GPP Release 16/17+), optical networking, and signal processing.
- Proven experience with AI/ML integration into network management systems.
