Responsibilities
- Architect and oversee the development of scalable, future-proof software infrastructure designed for the 2026 era.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define the technical vision.
- Implement cutting-edge AI and machine learning models to drive predictive analytics within our core platform.
- Ensure high availability, security, and performance of critical systems through rigorous testing and DevOps practices.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing interfaces, advanced neural networks) into our stack.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Java, or Go, with proven experience in cloud-native technologies (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
