About the Role:
In this position, you will serve as the first point of contact for our internal staff regarding technical inquiries. You will gain hands-on experience with enterprise-level hardware, software, and network infrastructure while supporting a diverse team of professionals.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, and ticketing systems to end-users.
- Diagnose and resolve basic hardware and software issues for internal staff.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of office equipment.
- Document technical issues and resolutions in the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to troubleshoot complex technical problems.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding to inquiries promptly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree in IT or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications as part of the training program.
