Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frameworks (React, Node.js, or Python).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while adhering to best practices.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct thorough code reviews to ensure quality standards.
- Optimize database performance and troubleshoot complex backend issues.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Full Stack development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and a modern frontend framework.
- Experience with server-side technologies (Node.js, Express, or Django).
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
