Responsibilities
- Provide tier 1 technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
- Assist in the deployment of new hardware and software across the office.
- Maintain accurate records of technical issues and support tickets in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to resolve complex network and system problems.
- Perform regular system backups and ensure data security protocols are followed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and peripherals.
