Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to employees regarding hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, printers, and peripheral devices.
- Respond to help desk tickets in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the deployment of new workstations and software updates.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of IT assets.
- Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is a plus).
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows 10/11, macOS).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general troubleshooting basics.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
