Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across company devices
- Deploy and configure new IT equipment and software installations
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and support tickets
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and projects
- Participate in cybersecurity best practices training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications a plus)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Basic familiarity with Windows/macOS operating systems
- Ability to learn technical concepts quickly
- Valid driver's license (for equipment transport)
- U.S. citizenship or authorized work permit required
- Willingness to relocate to Anchorage, AK
