Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to employees via phone, email, and in-person for hardware/software issues
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop/laptop systems and peripherals
- Assist with network connectivity, security protocols, and data backup procedures
- Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and user guides
- Collaborate with senior team members on system upgrades and maintenance
- Participate in training programs to develop technical expertise
Qualifications
