Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support via phone, email, and in-person to resolve hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and network devices.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity problems and ensure secure access for all users.
- Maintain accurate inventory records of all IT assets and equipment.
- Assist in the deployment of new software updates and security patches.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff to implement IT best practices and policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- No prior professional experience required; we value potential over pedigree.
- Basic understanding of computer operating systems (Windows, macOS) and network concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
