Responsibilities
- Assist in the management and growth of our social media presence across platforms including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Instagram.
- Conduct keyword research and assist with on-page SEO optimization for company blogs and landing pages.
- Create engaging content, including graphics and copy, for email newsletters and webinars.
- Analyze website traffic and campaign performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Support the customer success team by responding to inquiries and gathering feedback.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce visual assets for marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, Social Media) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated individual with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools.
