Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business performance.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize campaign performance and reporting.
- Document data workflows and ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems.
- Prepare regular reports for management summarizing key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Basic knowledge of SQL or Python is highly desirable (training provided).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Enthusiastic learner willing to grow technical skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required for occasional site visits.
